Thank you for choosing Friendsheep! We are so excited for you to receive your handcrafted woolly treasures. We work hard to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible. Here is everything you need to know about how your package travels to your doorstep.


Shipping Costs

  • Orders over $50 or €40: Ship for FREE!

  • Orders under $50: Ship for a flat, simple rate of $5.95.

  • Eco-Commitment: Every Friendsheep shipment is 100% plastic-free and carbon-offset to ensure we’re being as kind to the Earth as possible.

Processing Times

Our team lovingly packs orders 5 days a week, Monday through Friday.

  • Our warehouse is closed on weekends and major U.S. holidays.

  • Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will begin their journey on Monday.

Shipping Times & Carriers

  • United States: We ship via USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or FedEx. If you use a P.O. Box, your order will be delivered via USPS. Once processed, free shipping orders typically arrive within 5–8 business days.

  • United Kingdom: Orders are delivered via reliable local carriers. Delivery dates depend on the carrier, and you will receive a tracking number as soon as it's available.

How Can I Track My Order?

As soon as your order is processed and a tracking number is assigned, we will send it straight to your inbox. You can follow your package’s journey every step of the way!


Can I Change My Delivery Address?

Possibly! We move fast to get your orders out, so please email us at hello@friendsheepwool.com immediately if you notice an error. We can’t guarantee we can catch it in time, but we’ll do our absolute best to help.

Lost Packages

If your tracking says "Delivered" but your package is nowhere to be found, please try these steps:

  1. Check all around your porch, mailbox, and with neighbors (sometimes packages like to play hide-and-seek).

  2. Wait 5 business days. Occasionally, carriers mark a package as delivered a little early.

  3. Still missing? Email us at hello@friendsheepwool.com and we will help solve the mystery.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives looking a little worse for wear:

  • If you are there to receive it: Please refuse the package so it can come back to us.

  • If it was dropped off while you were out: Take a photo of the damage and email our team at hello@friendsheepwool.com. We’ll make it right immediately!
