30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We believe in the quality of our handcrafted products. That’s why we give you 30 days from your order date to experience the Friendsheep difference.

Take Your Time: If you’re trying our Eco Dryer Balls for the first time, we encourage you to use them for at least 45 days. Wool is a natural fiber, and sometimes it takes a few loads for you (and your laundry) to fall in love with the fluffiness!

Not a Fan? If you’re still not satisfied after the trial period, just let us know. We’ll happily take the items back and refund your money.
How To Start Your Return
We’ve made the process as simple as possible:

Email Us: Reach out to support@friendsheepwool.com with your order number and the items you’d like to return.

Fast Processing: Once we receive your returned package, we’ll process your refund within 7-14 business days. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Ordered the Wrong Item? (Uh-Oh!)
We’ve all been there! If you made a mistake on your order, contact us immediately.

Before it Ships: We’ll do our best to catch it and cancel the order before it leaves our warehouse.

After it Ships: If it’s already on its way, don’t worry. We will email you a return label. Just print it out, attach it to the box, and drop it off at your local post office.

The Details: While we refund the product cost, original shipping fees are non-refundable. A flat $10 shipping & handling fee will be deducted from your refund for all returns using our label.

Exchanges: To keep our carbon footprint low and our process fast, we do not offer direct exchanges. Simply return the unwanted item and place a new order on our website whenever you're ready.
Sustainable Note
Please remember that all Friendsheep products are 100% compostable. If your product is reaching the end of its life after years of use, we encourage you to compost it or repurpose it as a pet toy rather than returning it!
